Terms of Service

creatorbox.app is a software-as-a-service platform that connects to your social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) to provide analytics, content scheduling, comment management, hashtag research, AI-assisted script generation, and media kit tools.

You must be at least 13 years old to use creatorbox.app. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account, use another person's account, or create accounts through automated means.

creatorbox.app offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Free trial periods (14 days) are offered on new accounts at our discretion.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Use creatorbox.app to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the service.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your account to a third party.

creatorbox.app connects to third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) via OAuth. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We store OAuth access tokens on your behalf solely to provide the service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that affect functionality.

creatorbox.app uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate script suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as-is for your review and editing. You are solely responsible for any content you publish. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated output.

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

creatorbox.app and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by Vellian Tech LLC. You retain all rights to your own content. By connecting your accounts, you grant us a limited license to access and display your content within the platform for the purpose of providing the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

creatorbox.app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of analytics data, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. Analytics data is sourced from third-party platform APIs and may not match figures shown in those platforms' native dashboards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellian Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of creatorbox.app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If you believe content available through creatorbox.app infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected].

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
